The Strategic Young Members Conference focuses on young IPA members in leadership roles or those responsible for recruitment and engagement within their sections. The primary aim is to strengthen inter-section cooperation, develop engagement strategies, and retain and attract young IPA members. By providing clear support for members at the start of the IPA Journey, this will nurture a wealth of experience and international connections to continue the IPA towards its 100th anniversary.
The IEB will provide financial support of €150 per participant for each event, with one participant per section eligible for support.
SYMC 2025: The event will take place at IBZ Gimborn, Germany, from 5 to 7 September 2025. The official invitation, programme, and registration form will be circulated separately once the procedure is approved.
