Gaynor Collins - Finance
My name is Gaynor and I have been with the IPA as a finance officer since March 2025 prior to this I have been working as a bookkeeper for a number of years starting back in 1983, I had a short break when I had my two girls, who are my world, including my husband of course(we have been married now for nearly 43 years) and now we have four amazing grandsons, it's so much easier being a grandparent.
I have numerous hobbies relating to crafting, but my main hobby is being a member of the Keep Fit Association, which at times has helped to keep me sane.

Sally Powell - Member Services Rep
I'm Sally, a member of the HQ team!
My most important job is being a mum of two teenage boys (not an easy job)!
Our family time is consists of running the children to various clubs and sports events, I've become an avid Rugby spectator over the last few years, I'm still not sure of the rules but my loud enthusiasm hopefully makes up for that.
My work life has consisted of many different jobs over the years, from selling double glazing, to being a Call Centre manager, starting a successful property management company, being a dinner lady and lots more in between!

Cathy Key - Member Services Representative and Office Assistant
I am a retired Police Officer from Nottinghamshire Police. I retired in 2015 after 30 years service.
When I am not working, my husband and I enjoy walking and music and I enjoy my cardmaking.
We have a grown up family with grandchildren.
I have worked for the International Police Association, Section UK since 2016.
