In the first instance always contact the University or College you have enrolled with. They will most likely have a list of accommodation available for students and are often able to find something suitable for your needs and budget in the local area.
Many of the requests received are for rooms in the London area. It should be noted that, although very popular, the London area is an extremely expensive place to live, especially on a student budget.
