With the closure of the house at St Andrews, 1 Region has been active in seeking an alternative. 1 Region can confirm that they will open another IPA house near to St Andrews at the beginning of May 2011. The apartment has a lounge / dining area, TV, kitchen (with double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave), bathroom and private parking.
Sleeps up to 5 persons:
1 double bed, 1 double (zip & link – can make two singles), 1 single bed
The property includes access to garden with garden furniture and BBQ.

St. Andrews is a wonderful place to visit. It's a golfers paradise with access to numerous golf courses close by as well as the world famous St Andrews Golf Course. There is more on offer for all the family as St Andrews also has good beaches, a picturesque harbour, castle and a cathedral to explore as well as the Botanic Gardens and Sea Life Centre.
The University of St Andrews is situated in the town and it's the oldest university in Scotland. Most recently it was in the media spotlight as being where Prince William studied and graduated from.
