International Police Association member, Yvonne Taylor, appeared on the TV show 'The One Show' on Monday 30 January. Yvonne recently qualified as a Drug Recognition Expert after attending a course in California thanks to the Arthur Troop Scholarship she had been awarded through the IPA.
