The British Section pays the participation fees (not travel or additional accommodation) for IPA members of Section UK attending Gimborn, under the following conditions:
New members – The National Executive Committee have reversed a previous condition that a period of 12 months must have elapsed between the date of enrolment and date of the seminar in order that they may claim reimbursement of participation costs. Therefore, newly enrolled members will have their participation fees refunded. (Change of condition from March 09)
All members - Members will only receive reimbursement of partipation fees for each alternate year, eg if a claim is made for a seminar held in 2009, the next available opportunity to claim for a reimbursement will be for a seminar held in 2011.
All claims must be sent to BSAC for reimbursement within one month of the Seminar taking place. The policy does not prevent any member, new or longer serving, from attending Gimborn at any time.
